I love the video of your trip. We’ve ridden the Dragon’s Tale and Cherohala Skyway but never the parkway. We plan to do that this summer. Your pictures make even anxious to go.

My husband and I drove the BRP south (we live in NY) to Ashville, NC. Can’t remember where we caught it, but stayed the night in a little motel just at the entrance. Woke up before dawn to the sound of roosters crowing. It was in April. No traffic as we went during the week. One of the best memories of any trip we’ve taken is of that misty morning in the Blue Ride! Isn’t the countryside of the USA grand! (Oh, my husband does have a bike…but we were going by car.)
