Let them eat crêpes

Chocolat crepesWe first fell in love with these delicate French pancakes at a Montmartre crêperie on our first trip to Paris in 2001. Over-the-top home cooks, we have fueled our foodie passion eating our way from Inverness to Istanbul, learning along the way at a cooking class in Florence, a behind the scenes tour of the largest fresh food market in the world — Rungis market in Paris — and at the kitchen tables of newfound friends across Europe.

Friends and family have devoured our homemade crêpes since we returned from France last summer, obsessed with perfecting the art of crêpe-making. We took our crêperie on the road Feb 1 and delighted gallery-goers at Bryce Hudson’s opening of Plexus Contemporary.
