We pick up our next CSA farm share tonight, but we still had some green items left from last week. I can’t let them pile up so we’re working them into our meals. Last night I threw together a slaw of napa cabbage — I just added some chopped green onions, some grapeseed oil, sesame seeds, a little apple cider vinegar, salt and sugar.
We still had kale so I’ve tossed some into my pasta leftovers for lunch today and Brian folded some into an omelette this morning, along with a little parmesan. He’ll much on the last head of broccoli raw as a snack today.
Then we refill the crisper again tonight!
