A dinner sampling from our CSA Fall week 2 share

Last week we brought home corn, green tomatoes, basils, potatoes, green beens and butternut squash.

  1. Yum! These look wonderful! I’m off to the St. Matthews farmers market later this morning. That skillet corn, fried green tomato, and poached egg combination is destined to be in my tummy tonight!
